Our values:
COMARSA operational offices are located at the western Cordillera at the north of Peru, in Pampa Larco area, district of Angasmarca, province of Santiago de Chuco, region of La Libertad.
The mining activities are located at a height from 2,800 to 3700 above sea level. The access is by a truck route and by plane, having the small airport of Tulpo located at 30 minutes from the mine.
Compañía Minera Aurífera Santa Rosa S.A. (COMARSA) was founded on January 20 1992, being its social purpose to develop all kind of mining activities.
On June 10 1993, the construction stage of PADs, ponds, camps, offices, workshops, amongst others, as well as the installation of the ADR plant was begun.
In January 1994 the deposit of materials into the first leaching module PAD #1 began, producing the first dore bar on April 24 1994.
The company has three cession agreements to carry out prospection and exploration works to increase the geological resources and consequently, the minable reserves.
